Boxrent Limited is the rental subsidiary of Grand View Container Trading (UK) Limited. Headquartered in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. As a GVCT subsidiary, part of the UES International HK group of companies, Boxrent specialise in the supply of ISO shipping containers and related products for short & long terms rental within the UK.

GVCT is one of the UK’s largest container trading companies, importing in excess of 4000 containers into the UK per annum. All equipment is sourced directly from a selection of China’s largest container manufacturers, with our parent company domiciled in mainland China, Boxrent benefits from high quality, competitively priced equipment.

Boxrents’ national container depot network, enables us to supply our high-quality containers in a timely & cost effective manner throughout the United Kingdom.

Martin Crayden Managing Director – Martin has been a part of the GVCT group since joining the company in 2009 after leaving the position of Senior Vice President with Mobile Mini (UK) Limited. Prior to Mobile Mini’s entrance into the UK market, Martin held the position of Managing Director with Royal Wolf Trading (UK) Limited. With full P&L responsibility for the European business units in the UK and The Netherlands, Martin oversaw a rapid period of expansion prior to the sale of the business by Triton Container International Limited to Mobile Mini Inc. Having worked within the container industry for over 30 years, Martin has a broad industry knowledge along with a wealth of experience within the UK domestic container rental and sales sectors.

Nick Crayden Operations – Nick has been part of GVCT and subsequently Boxrent since joining in the company 2017. Prior to this he worked as an estate agent in London for 6 years in Sales initially & then running and successfully expanding the management department looking after the rental portfolio. As head of Operations Nick is tasked with overseeing the sales & leasing departments as well as controlling all factory orders and dealing directly with our parent company UES International and all major shipping lines for the redelivers of all containers imported into the UK supplying both GVCT & Boxrent.

UES International (HK)

Our parent company & primary shareholder, UES, form an integral part of our operational team. Their roles range from organising the manufacture of our shipping containers with the Chinese factories, as well as arranging the one way, container movements to the United Kingdom in partnership with most worlds leading shipping lines. Our daily communications with the team members at UES International (HK) allow us to exercise a substantial level of control over our equipment compared to our competitors, making our business more efficient, reliable & trustworthy.
